In a typical session, Yoshimi will consult about the issues you would like to resolve and help to release any blockage, and unhealthy negative thoughts and beliefs.

Yoshimi will select a flower essence/s and make a customized mixture and give you a recommendation how often you will take for your goal that we set during the session.
